My journey in British childcare and education began 24 years ago when I first came to the UK as an au pair. That initial immersion into family life gave me a firsthand appreciation for private households and domestic dynamics.

Over the years, I expanded my expertise by working in nurseries and primary schools, earning my Level 3 Teaching Assistant certificate along the way. Having worked both inside family homes and educational settings, I understand the inner workings of childcare and education on a deeply personal level. I know what children need to thrive, what educators require to succeed, and—most importantly—the exact peace of mind a parent is looking for when welcoming someone into their home.
